Federcaccia: the final of the Italian Cup for dogs ended, followed by Volpe, on the podium the hosts and hunters of the Crotone area from Papanice and Roccabernarda.
Success of the Crotone hunters at the 6th edition of the Federcaccia Coppa Italia National Final for Follow dogs on fox, test run in recent weeks in the territories falling within the province of Ascoli Piceno. Competitors from all over Italy participated in plenty, demonstrating the growing interest in this type of competition on natural wild.
The President of Federcaccia Marche, the FIdC executives of Ascoli Piceno, the National Delegate Alessandro Spaccasassi and all the companions contributed to the perfect success of the event. The institutional authorities of the place intervened, reaffirming the commitment of the administrations in favor of the entire hunting world, since hunters have always demonstrated their aptitude for safeguarding the environment, to the point of becoming sentinels of the territory.
The event ended with the award ceremony, which saw two Italian champions from Ascoli Piceno. The team from Papanice (KR) made up of Emilio Lumare, Donato Zangari and Umberto Ombrella and, again in 2nd place, but in the "Mute" category, the team from Roccabernarda (KR ) composed by Vincenzo Iaquinta, Domenico Iaquinta, Nicola Ieriti and Antonio Toscani.
The Crotonese Federcacciatori, will receive an acknowledgment from the Regional President of FIDC Calabria, dr. Gennaro Giuffrè, on the occasion of the Provincial Assembly to be held next February 28 in the premises of the Provincial Federcaccia di Crotone.
Thanks to the passion of these sportsmen, our province has distinguished itself nationally in a more than positive way. The Provincial Councilor for Hunting, Dr. Domenico Spataro, also expressed satisfaction with the results achieved.
