Scheduled for next Thursday 17 October at the TAR Tuscany the Council Chamber for the handling of the precautionary petition concerning the appeal presented by the associations LIPU, WWF, ENPA, LAV and LAC against Hunting Calendar of Tuscany 2018/2019. In the session it will be decided whether or not to accept the request for suspension and admissibility of the appeal presented by the proposing associations, which as known, had raised numerous profiles of illegality on various parts of the Calendar approved by the Regional Council.
A very delicate and important step for the Tuscan hunting world which is once again threatened in legal certainty by an appeal presented after the hunting season has already started; this is generating, beyond any aspect of merit, bewilderment and disorientation among the hunters. In defense of the calendar and above all to provide an additional and timely contribution to counter-arguments that will be presented by the Tuscany Region in the Council Chamber, the National Federcaccia and the Tuscany one together with Confederation of Tuscan Hunters, were formed ad "opposendum" and therefore alongside the Region. A concrete act as interested parties in the defense of the legitimate interests of the associates and of all hunters, which led the Associations and the Confederation to present a substantial series of arguments in support of the request for rejection, inadmissibility or inadmissibility on the appeal and non-acceptance of the suspension.
A necessary decision that taken by Federcaccia and CCT to defend the rights of hunters citizens against those who now, in a systematic way, use the weapon of appeals and courts as an instrument of destabilization and aggression towards a legitimate activity and as part of a anti-hunt ideological battle. A battle developed with all possible means and with the complicity of most of the mass media. For the associations and the CCT, being an active part of this battle represents an act of respect towards hunters and hunters but also a way to reaffirm the defense of a calendar that is fully respectful of the scientific indications and wildlife conservation.
