Three days dedicated to hunting and hunters: from 4 to 6 August 2017 Farnese, a small medieval village in the province of Viterbo, will host the eighth edition of the Hunter's Feast, a well-established appointment e every year full of initiatives. The appointment is much awaited by the local hunting world, also because in a period in which hunting is closed it will be possible to pick up the rifle and tackle a variety of disciplines.
Rich prizes will be up for grabs, as well as delicacies for the palate, as the organizers will make local specialties available. Saturday 5 in particular will be there a test with pointing dogs on pheasants, without forgetting the second edition of the “Città di Farnese” Trophy by Field Target, in which the air rifles.
On Sunday 6, however, space will be left for dog shows: moreover, it will be possible to admire the birds of prey of theAncient Tuscan Falconry complete with exhibition and hunting simulation. In the three days of the festival, then, there will be shooting competitions for the current shape, shooting at the mini-shape with compressed air rifle. Finally, gourmets will find bread for their teeth thanks to excellent dishes based on wild boar meat.
