HIT, the ITALIAN EXHIBITION GROUP (IEG) event dedicated to hunting, sport shooting and outdoor, scheduled for Vicenza exhibition center from 9 to 11 February next, in addition to the provisions of the law, it intensifies the initiatives put in place to guarantee responsible access for minors under the age of fourteen.
In fact, the accompanying persons of minors will be asked to sign a "Disclaimer of Liability Declaration" for having read the Regulations of the Event which it is already available on www.hit-show.com at the link www.hit-show.com/it/informazioni/visitatori. The public will thus be able to arrive at the fair with the form already completed, speeding up their access. The document will also be distributed by IEG at the entrance to the fair with an information leaflet - the text of which will be reproduced on the totems distributed in evidence in the exhibition center - on the conditions for access for minors prepared by IEG in Regulations of the Event:
“Minors cannot access the exhibition spaces unless accompanied by a responsible adult. It is expressly forbidden for minors to handle weapons and ammunition on display. The accompanying persons of minors are personally responsible for supervising them ".
The same flyer will propose the visit of the exhibition "The origins of man and hunting", set up by Civic Museum of Natural History of Jesolo which, together with the area entirely dedicated to the outdoors, offers a complete point of view on the contents of HIT SHOW OUTDOOR PASSION.
Visitors with minors will also have a dedicated aisle for entering the fair, well signposted, thus facilitating the supervision of dedicated personnel - to support the security and video surveillance system inside the exhibition center - made aware and trained for monitoring and control activities and available to the competent Authorities. Even the distribution of colorful t-shirts as a tribute to young visitors, it will help identify them to all those who are called to ensure compliance with the regulation. IEG asked for HIT, with the involvement of trade associations for a information and awareness campaign, la active collaboration of the hunting associations and exhibitors, so that they carry out careful monitoring with responsibility aimed at preventing the handling of weapons by minors under the age of fourteen.
