Hunting and Territory: NO Hunting Syndicate to the gas pipeline in the Gulf of Policastro, continuing its commitment to maintain intact natural sites of community interest.
The actions that have seen the aforementioned law firm at work in recent days concern the constant objective of maintaining intact natural sites of community interest, on which the eyes of a company have pinned, which has already planned the implementation of a pipeline of considerable power, which in itself could unleash an enormous destructive force.
If we add to this that the area has a high volcanic rate of overt danger, it is easy to come to the conclusion that this plant would constitute a real time bomb. Having said that without considering the destruction that the Gulf of Policastro and the territory concerned would face, we are talking about the cutting down of over 30.000 trees, and the destruction of hectares and hectares of woods.
Up to now, the emphasis has been placed on the impact that such a monster would have on the territory, a territory on which hundreds of thousands of people live. Populations that would be exposed to enormous health and safety risks, without counting the negative effects on the many activities that base their livelihood on cultural, environmental and maritime tourism.
So with documents that certify the goodness of their ideas, the Italian Hunting Union shouts louder and louder: NO TO THE GAS PIPELINE IN THE GULF OF POLICASTRO.
At the same time, the legal office has placed its attention on the park of the Lattari Mountains, and on the legitimacy of hunters to be able to carry out the hunting activity in the aforementioned park, this legitimacy is supported by a sentence of the Campania administrative court, subsequently adopted by the State Council. It is necessary to emphasize to the interested hunters friends, who must scrupulously comply with the laws and rules put in place by those who responsibly regulate the hunting activity, which will probably be more restrictive, given the peculiarity and evident particularity of the area.
Good luck
