"Hunting and new technologies" is the theme of the conference, organized by the Italian Federation of Hunting and by Arci Caccia, which will be held in Ariano Irpino (AV) on 9 May on the occasion of Nature Show 2015.

A moment to discuss in an unconventional way the role of hunters in the fight against poaching and in the defense of the territory. The debate takes its cue from the presentation of the "Manual of investigative activities for crimes against wildlife", and will address the evolution of hunting with the use of smartphones and drones to contain soil consumption and to access better services in hunting activity, involving all the actors of the environmental chain. An appointment that follows the joint table between the environmentalist, agricultural and hunting world of the meeting last January 21 in Rome. Environmental protection and hunting activities are not in opposition, on the contrary, the respect of the laws in force and the in-depth knowledge of the different positions allows a virtuous collaboration. The use of state-of-the-art technology can ensure the best conditions to combat poaching, know the fauna consistency, increase hunting safety conditions.
