Of course, this applies only to the prescriptive components based on scientific studies already acquired, and provided that the consultancy does not make the positive opinion of huntability subject to further verifications of the recipient PAs, it being understood that - even in the outlined and more general information deficit - the regulatory provisions regional data may be based on alien data acquired from other accredited scientific bodies, data to be reported and analyzed in the specific territorial context of intervention, and always in close coordination with Ispra.
