After law on hunting disorder, the regional councilor and president of the Third Permanent Commission Sergio Berlato has decided to present a new draft law that follows some aspects of the legislative text just approved. In fact, the PDL provides for the same fines (by 600 3600 in euros) fixed for those who disturb the hunt, but in this case reference is made to poachers shooting near homes.
As is known, the national hunting law has established the distances to be respected (not less than one hundred meters from the houses), but the actions of poachers are unfortunately illegal and due to a negative impact on public opinion, which tends to confuse them with hunters in good standing. This is why Berlato decided to punish them as intentional troublemakers. The councilor explained that putting poachers and hunters on an equal footing it's like equating road pirates and motorists.
The fact that poachers violate the law cannot prevent the honest hunters to exercise their sacred right to hunt. So, so as not to make a bundle of all the grass the law will be discussed in the next few days and it will finally become clear on the subjects to be punished that damage an entire category.
