La first edition of an event linked to the hunting world is always a moment to remember and frame. There are a few days left before the debut of the "Hunter's Feast - Flavors and Knowledge of the Hunt" which will take place in Ferentillo (province of Terni) from 5 to 8 July next. The organization will be managed by Provincial Federcaccia of Terni and the Pro Loco. What will happen in these four days?
The program is very rich and includes exhibition stands, thematic conferences, dog shows, competitions, simulations and demonstrations with laser carbines, always with hunting traditions in the foreground. You cannot miss the kitchen, with dishes for true gourmets. There Hunter's Tavern will prepare typical recipes, including pappardelle with goose sauce, pappardelle with wild boar, guinea fowl in the pan and jugged partridges. Accompanying these delicacies will be cured meats, cheeses, wines and beers from Valnerina.
The four days will then end with dancing and convivial evenings. In Ferentillo we will talk about the treatment of the remains of ungulates, without forgetting interesting events such as the Agility-Dog dog demonstration and the knowledge corner dedicated to the images and stories of Terni hunting. All that remains is to wait for the few days that separate from the beginning of the party, a first edition already long awaited.
