Fabio Rolfi, Councilor for Agriculture, Food and Green Systems of the Lombardy region, spoke about various hunting issues on the occasion of the assembly of the provincial Federcaccia of Brescia. In particular, Rolfi referred to an institute that could be started shortly. Here are his words: “Our goal is to establish a regional wildlife observatory, which will be the place of scientific research to support hunting activities and to have precise data in order to deal with greater authority and relationships with institutes such as ISPRA.
We will also open an announcement for the enhancement on recovery of the coils, which are a fundamental part of the cultural heritage of our region ”. The regional councilor also added other interesting details: “We want to enhance the ecological role of hunting and the hunter.
It is necessary to tighten more and more the relationship between agriculture and hunting in a historical period in which wildlife also represents a problem of health and safety for humans, as well as for crops. The hunter is a figure of protection of the balance of biodiversity". Now the facts are also awaited after Rolfi's encouraging words that cannot fail to open a window for all Lombard hunters.
