It took place at the Moretti restaurant in Montelupone the regional assembly of the Federcaccia Marche. Present were the delegates of each province, the members of the Regional Council, the representatives of the "FIDC young hunters group". The FIDC regional president Paolo Antonioni thanked all the managers of Federcaccia who work in every municipality on a voluntary basis, for provide clear and precise information regarding the regulations in force with regard to the performance of the hunting activity and to follow the hunters in the various obligations inherent in the various annual renewals.
After unanimous approval of the financial statements - final balance 2021 and budget 2022 - the president continued with his report, specifying that with regard to the next hunting calendar, Federcaccia expressly requests the inclusion of all huntable species provided for by current legislation and, therefore, will support the Region with the scientific data that will emerge from studies and research (national office of studies and research) also availing itself of the support of its legal office. The same goes for the species in derogation from the procedures provided for by the relevant legislation.
President Antonioni also informed all presidents that FIDC Marche has financed the project satellite telemetry for woodcock and song thrush species and which will be activated in collaboration with the Conero National Park. A heartfelt thanks to the Marche region and the reference offices for the concrete work they are carrying out aimed at effective wildlife management and for sustainable hunting.
Welcome guests of the assembly were the governor of the Marches Francesco Acquaroli, the regional councilor for the environment Stefano Aguzzi, the regional councilor Elena Leonardi. In his speech, Acquaroli reaffirmed the commitment of Marche region in solving the various and possible problems of the hunting world and of the growing ones damage caused by wildlife, hoping for an effective involvement of hunters in wildlife management and in compliance with the regulations in force (The vice president of the FIDC Marche Region - Nazzareno Galassi).
