The regional councilor of Molise, Christian Di Pietro, who is in charge of hunting, has made known through his Facebook profile the final approval of the hunting calendar 2017-2018. The process has therefore come to an end, albeit in a somewhat tortuous way due to the negative opinions of the past few weeks.
The text provides for the opening of the hunt Sunday 17 September 2017, while the conclusion was set for 10 February next year. The important innovations of this new calendar had already been illustrated some time ago by Di Pietro, but it is worth remembering what the Molise hunters will face. First of all, the closure of the wood pigeon hunting will take place on 10 February, without forgetting the three pre-opening days, namely the 2, 3 and 9 September.
In this case it will be possible to take the turtledove, while on 13 and 14 September we will go hunting for quail. As for the wild boar, then, the hunt will be admitted from October 15th until January 14th 2018. The improvements have been made to meet the main needs of the Molise hunting world.
