There is always a first time as they usually say, an apt phrase as never before for theISPRA,Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research. As announced by the Caserta section of the Italian Federation of Hunting, the body has provided for the first time a public national analysis on data of the hunting cards. Reference is being made to the first paragraph ofarticle 2 of the Ministerial Decree of 6 November 2012 on the methods of transmission and type of formations on the use of bird species.
The information was provided to the European Commission together with all the practices that are required by the proceeding US Pilot. According to Federcaccia Caserta, "Marking killed animals, both migratory and sedentary fauna, on your hunting card, in addition to being our duty regulated by hunting legislation, represents a moral duty and contrary to what is often thought, it is an important tool for monitoring huntable species.".
The data in question are considered fundamental above all in the different ones phases in which the various hunting calendars of the Italian regions are planned. Furthermore, for the local section of the association, Campania is one of the most virtuous regions in this sense, confirming the fact that hunters have the legal knowledge and the right morality, as they understood that the continuation of the activity also depends on this detail.
