A fundamental heritage
Bird fairs and more generally competitions and singing demonstrations often with a centenary tradition, they have represented and still represent today, a cultural heritage, radically anchored to popular sensitivity. Thanks to the work of hundreds of enthusiasts and the commitment of a part of the hunting world, it is still possible today to rediscover and relive in a modern key the charm of a centenary tradition which originates from practices which have crossed the history of man at least since Middle Ages to today.
Collaboration Pact
The breeding and use of live decoys, including for hunting purposes, still represents the basis of hunting techniques perfectly compatible with the conservation of the wild species subject to hunting. These and other considerations are the basis of a common commitment that Federcaccia Toscana and ANUU Toscana have signed in a recent collaboration agreement which, among other aspects, calls for a common commitment in the defense and support of the various events organized in Tuscany.
Migration hunt
The regional president of Fidc Uct Marco Salvadori and that of ANUU Toscana Franco Bindi, in a joint note, wanted to reaffirm the common sensitivity and constant commitment to the defense and relaunch in society of this type of demonstration and more generally for hunting migratory with live calls. A firm response also towards those who in these hours announce disruptive actions, sowing intolerance and fanaticism with ranting press releases as announced on the occasion of the next Capannoli Fair (PI) on Sunday 10 September. Our associations invite all citizens to reject any provocation and to spend a peaceful day characterized by conviviality and common passion, reserving any possible and necessary action in every location to defend the dignity of the organizers, of the hunting world and of the many breeders and exhibitors present (The FIDC-UCT Secretariat).
