The example of the Liguria and Veneto certainly inspired the request of theLombard Hunters Association. As announced in a press release, in fact, ACL is demanding a law that protects those who hunt from disturbers, a regulatory text deemed appropriate at this precise historical moment. There law to punish the voluntary disturbance of hunting it should therefore be a necessity in what is the region of traditions linked to hunting, as well as the home of the arms sector.
The request came mainly after latest news of damage to the huts in Valle Sabbia and near Monte Orfano, without forgetting the insults and verbal violence of some animal rights activists. The hunting association is also convinced that it is not difficult for the Postal Police to track down those who celebrate the death of hunters due to accidents. The invitation addressed, therefore, is that of immediately report the damage to a shed, but also the insult or provocation.
The conviction that Lombardy can easily follow the road traveled by Veneto and Liguria is strong. As we read in the note, we are trying to make the associates understand that hunting is a right and complaints are nothing more than mandatory steps for every honest citizen. We now await a response from the Region, called to give guarantees before it is too late. The suspicion is that behind the animal rights acronyms there is someone who aims to be elected in Brussels to find a "profitable and comfortable armchair".
