In the course of yesterday, Tuesday October 11 2016, met on Molise Regional Council under the presidency of Vincent Cotugno. Among the various decisions adopted there was the unanimous approval of a bill by the director Christian Di Pietro and illustrated by the rapporteur Cavaliere. This is the amendment of the second paragraph, letter f, of article 1 of Regional Law 23 of 9 September 2011, relating to the rules for homeothermic wildlife protection and hunting.
The text expressly speaks of the absolute prohibition of the use and possession of single bullet or buckshot ammunition during the closing of the hunting ungulates. The report tried to adapt the Molise law in terms of hunting to what is required by state law. The change was approved, consequently during a hunt for ungulates who will have shot cartridges and he will not load them in the rifle, he cannot be sanctioned from a criminal point of view. There could be, if the law provides, a simple administrative sanction.
