The prosecutors involved
A complaint/complaint presented to two Public Prosecutor's Offices, that of Trento and Rovereto: this is the choice of the Pan - Eppaa association which would like to avoid that the agents who deal with hunting surveillance they go hunting. To strengthen the provision, the latter was also presented to the Prosecutor's Office of the Court of Auditors.
Hunters in Trentino
As explained by the animal rights association, the 6500 hunters in the province of Trento include forestry agents, carabinieri, financiers and state police who hold a regular permit for hunting. The ban would be useful, again according to Pan – Eppaa, to put an end to the confusion of roles.
The objectives of the complaint
The request was therefore sent to the competent bodies: the objective is to identify the exact number of people who are part of these categories throughout Trentino, in addition to the inhibition of the practice and the related financial penalty for what was committed.
