La Confederation of Tuscan Hunters published a note to point out an unpleasant trend of public service. In Raiin fact, more space is given to the law of animals and to the affirmation of scientific research which is not based on animal experimentation. It is not a question of assumptions, but of goals declared by Riccardo Loganà, the next board member of Viale Mazzini. A part of Loganà's salary will then be donated to associations that deal with animal rights, the demonstration that animalism continues to penetrate deeply into the key roles of Italian communication.
CCT believes the animal rights wave against hunting has now materialized and is on the horizon. Communication and a good part of the political world are following a vision and a model of society that excludes the hunting world. For the association, hunting and rural culture do not seem to be up to this challenge, even if many do not seem to realize it.
The unity of the hunters is still a long way off, however is wanted by everyone. The Confederation wants a new season, courage and farsightedness, in the hope that a constituent phase can be opened to re-establish the representation of Italian hunting in a new and well-organized subject. The press release ends with a wish: "The time is now ... and we hope it is not already up"!.
