The Third Council Commission "Territory Planning" of the Aosta Valley Region unanimously approved a Bill to modify the current regional text on the protection and management of wildlife and the discipline of hunting. As he pointed out Alexander Nogara (Union Valdôtaine Progressiste), president of the same Commission, one can only be satisfied with the unanimous acceptance of the provision.
In short words, the requests of the Aosta Valley hunters have been acknowledged, ensuring a close link between the hunting world and the territory. What is it specifically about? The items that can be collected in one of the eight hunting districts of the Aosta Valley will be assigned to hunters who belong to the same: in addition, the Regional Committee for Hunting Management will have the possibility to derogate from this principle, in order to guarantee a fair sampling for all hunters.
No less important is the recognition of greater managerial autonomy as far as the Hunting Committee itself is concerned. According to Nogara, from now on it will be possible to overcome the year of stasis due to commissioner of this body, with the elections getting closer and closer.
