ANPAM: The first economic research on the Italian production of weapons and ammunition for sports and hunting was presented yesterday at Palazzo Marini.
30/11/11 - The study, commissioned by the National Association of Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers at the University of Urbino, confirmed Italy's leading role in the world.
Our country is in fact the leading European producer of sporting-hunting weapons, covering over 60% of the entire Community offer, and the most important exporter of sporting weapons in the world. "In a moment of economic crisis that has severely hit all sectors of national and international production, the fact that the arms industry has grown is a very important sign - commented the President of Fitav Luciano Rossi - This strength must be of example to the whole country.
With passion, dedication, skill and prudence it has been shown how our country has the resources to be able to get out of this difficult moment with its head held high, regaining the role of world leader.
