On Sunday evening, ExpoRiva Caccia Pesca Ambiente, the fair dedicated to alpine hunting and selection and to the art of fishing, closed positively, confirming the 2015 numbers with 15.037 entries registered at the closing of the turnstiles; the event is consolidated as a reference point for fans of hunting and fishing in northern and central Italy.
"ExpoRiva Hunting Fishing Environment it has come out of its adolescent phase and in this 11th edition, we can now declare it an adult ”. These are the words with which the President of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, Roberto Pellegrini photographs an event that, "for contents, figures, number of collaborators and volunteers it involves, can be considered in all respects an unmissable appointment, capable of intercepting requests of a highly motivated audience ".
A fair that makes its strong point the perfect mix between culture and passion; a market exhibition that combines a rich commercial offer, with 209 companies present, an important conference part, with over 20 scientific appointments, dedicated to hunting and fishing, among which those organized by the Trentino Hunters Association and the Fishing Associations stand out of the Province.
The fair where hunting and fishing enthusiasts were able to test and buy the latest industry news at favorable prices, but not only, a place where young visitors have found moments of fun designed exclusively for them and where original initiatives such as “Char on the table” cooking mini-courses have satisfied an attentive public interested in new and easy recipes that can also be offered at home.
This is therefore the essence of ExpoRiva Caccia Pesca Ambiente, a right balance between business, culture, folklore and entertainment. Among the highly appreciated events, we cannot fail to mention the two dog shows organized by the Trentino Enci Delegation Dog Group with 670 dogs of 124 different breeds and the second edition of the "Expo Riva Scheiben" international painting competition for artists who make Scheibes (the traditional targets in wood).
An 11th edition that had much in common with the previous one, sanctioned again this year by a large gala dinner with over 270 participants, hosted in the Sala Mille of the Palazzo dei Congressi. An edition that has already anticipated what will be the theme on which it will focus next year: “The effects of climate change on hunting, fishing and the environment”.
