La Provincial Federcaccia of Bergamo and the circle UNCZA (National Union of Hunters in the Alps area) "Orobic Prealps" have organized a course for the qualification to selective collection of ungulates. It is therefore a question of hunting chamois, roe deer, red deer, wild boar, fallow deer and mouflons. The lessons will take place based on the provisions of theISPRA (Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research), more precisely those implemented and recognized by the Lombardy Region.
In addition, the qualification will be issued following an examination and it will be valid throughout the national territory. As for the development, the course will be held between the end of February and that of April. We are talking about a total structure of 83 hours, divided into 17 evening lessons in the classroom and three sessions that will take place in the field. In particular, there will be a session dedicated to shooting practice, the exercise for the accurate treatment of the remains and the one on the ground for the census (lasting one day).
Field sessions will be held on Saturdays. A course will be held at clusone (precisely in the province of Bergamo) and if there were enough members, one will also be organized a Bergamo during the same period. Information and pre-registration can be obtained from the Bergamo Federcaccia by calling 035225379.
