We got to know in these hours the note that theGame Producers Authority dedicated to the meeting that took place on the occasion of the event Hunting Village between the presidents of the Hunting Associations and the President of the Agriculture Commission, Mr Gallinella. From a reading of that note it seems to emerge a critical position of the Federation regarding theart. 842 of the Civil Code - the one that allows hunters to enter the funds of others - with a view to overcoming it.
We are therefore obliged to clarify that Italian Federation of Hunting is strongly opposed to the sic et simpliciter abolition of the article in question, a position reaffirmed only a few days ago in a press release signed by all the AA.VV. recognized as members of the control room, which he saw instead failure to adhere to EPS, in line with their associative positions.
Federcaccia reiterates that he sees favorably an increase in the economic capacities of farms, and consequently of wildlife hunting companies, and is available for a comparison on a matter that is undoubtedly complex and which for this reason cannot see some of the fundamental points of our hunting system treated with lightness and excessive haste. In this regard, Federcaccia deems it necessary to include on the agenda of the first useful meeting of the control room this theme to clear the table of doubts and possible misunderstandings on the different positions.
