I Apulian hunters they had a troubled start to the season. The now inevitable use of the Tar, punctual as the yellowing of the leaves, has arrived and this time it has cost the closure of the hunt. Fortunately, the compact associations are working, as evidenced by the press release issued last night signed by all the Apulian associations, as evidenced by the two press releases, one of the AAVV and one from the Region who give hope to the hunting world to arrive at a positive solution whatever some birds of ill omen say.
Today in the Region a meeting was held with all the hunting associations: Federcaccia, Arci Caccia, Enalcaccia, Italcaccia, Libera Caccia, CPA, EPS and ANUU. The Region has been asked to adopt an urgent administrative measure so that hunting activities in Puglia are immediately resumed. Arci Caccia also attached the press release issued by the Region to specify the unfolding of the facts: "The Puglia Region defended the hunting calendar challenged before the Tar of Bari, obtaining a favorable precautionary measure (ordinance no.376 of 20.09.2019). The motion for suspension was reiterated in the appeal stage and will be discussed in the council chamber on 24 October.
In the meantime, the President of the III Section of the Council of State granted a single decree of suspension of the hunting calendar with effect until the aforementioned chamber hearing of 24 October. The Apulia Region also duly constituted itself before the Council of State and presented a request for revocation or modification of the decree made unheard of the other party, aimed at obtaining clarifications about the effective extent of the suspension temporarily arranged and, in any case, an anticipation of the chamber hearing, so that all interests can be collectively evaluated in the integrity of the contradictory between all parties involved".
