The story of bad weather in Veneto and the relative decision of the Regional Council of suspend hunting in this territory until Sunday 4 November it is enriched with new "chapters". With two decrees, bearing the numbers 141 and 142, signed today, the president of the Veneto Region, Luca Zaia, revoked the temporary ban on hunting and amateur sport fishing for 3 and 4 November 2018.
The ban on hunting remains in force limited to the entire administrative territory of the Province of Belluno and to the portion of the administrative territory of the Province of Vicenza placed above the limit of the Alpine Wildlife Area, according to the current identification, and as indicated by the cartography attached to the Regional Wildlife Hunting Plan 2007-2012. The prohibition relating to the activity of amateur and sport fishing also remains in force on 3 and 4 November only for the territory of the Province of Belluno.
In the course of the last few hours, the regional section of the Italian Federation of Hunting had contacted the governor Luca Zaia to agree on a possible reopening of the hunting activity after taking note of the return to normal of the situation. For the only two exceptions, we will have to wait some more time given the damage recorded in these areas of the northern region.
