La UNA Foundation (Man Nature Environment) organized the courses to confer the certificate of "Trained Person", a series of free appointments that are part of the project "Wild and Good: a food chain to be enhanced". The lectures were prepared in collaboration with the University of Milan, the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, the Associated Studio AlpVet and the Society of Preventive Veterinary Medicine.
Furthermore, we must not forget the various sponsorships, including that of the Lombardy Region and that of Federcaccia Bergamo. In compliance with the Community Regulation 852-853 of 2004 and the DGR of the Lombardy Region X / 2612 of 2014, it will start on Friday 22 September, to be precise from 19:30 to 22:30. This lesson, together with that of Tuesday 26 (from 20 to 23) and Thursday 28 (always 20-23) will be held at the Clusone Mountain Community.
The last two appointments, on the other hand, will be those of Saturday 30 September (9-13) at CLS Serpellini of Sovere and on Monday 2 October (19: 30-22: 30) to "La Selva" restaurant in Clusone.
