For the single category, the Maremma hound Luni by Elio Atzeni di Nurri ranked 1st overall with a score of 175 etc., while the Maremma hound Chiccio di Pusceddu Franco di Gonnosno 'ranked 2nd with a score of 167 etc. . followed in 3rd place by the Maremma hound Rocco di Sotgia Francesco di bono with a score of 158 mb. ex equo the Maremma bloodhound Brigante of Curreli Michele di Tiana. Maria Coghinas was classified, with the dogs camilla-neve-pepe-otto-malu-checco, in third position the pack of griffon bleu de gascogne composed of the dogs zeno-zeus-porto-rambo-marrubiu-sestu di Milia / Notaro di Samugheo with 127,5 nq in the introductory speech to the awards ceremony, the president Antioco Patta, after observing a minute of silence for the late Giuseppe Carboni di Laconi to whom the memorial was dedicated, he expressed his utmost satisfaction for the success of the event and for the exceptional participation of competitors and enthusiasts now growing from year to year, highlighting the turnover generational and of the competitors that distinguishes Sardinia where more and more young people approach the dog world and in particular the world of zootechnical tests, creating a constructive comparison with previous generations.
Generational change highlighted and unanimously appreciated by the judging class who confirmed what was expressed by President Patta, as the presence of so many young people is not found in the tests that take place in the other regions of the peninsula. And in particular, the importance of zootechnical checks was highlighted as an indispensable aid for the conservation of the genetic heritage, where the dog is put in the first place by expressing its hunting skills. The event has certainly contributed to highlighting the beauties of the territory appreciated and praised by the enci judging body from the peninsula, fabulous territories that have been the setting for a further tourist enhancement of the hinterland.
To President Patta, as a thank you for what he built at the helm of the regional pro hound and the provincial section of Oristano and with the wish for the work that still has to be done, a present, a symbol of gratitude, came from the national president of sips Vincenzo Ferrara for the seriousness and commitment over time, as well as for the ability to keep the section cohesive.
