3rd 2011 Youth Sector Grand Prix, held on the platforms of Trap Concaverde in Lonato del Garda (BS), is Gold for Mancarella, Benet and Trevisanper.
13/06/11 - With the conclusion of the 3rd 2011 Youth Sector Grand Prix, held on the platforms of the Trap Concaverde in Lonato del Garda (BS), the run-up to the Italian Championship Final which will be held on the next 30 July on the platforms of Tav Montecatini. The last bonuses for participation will in fact be awarded on the occasion of the Criterium in Valle Aniene (RM) on 10 July.
Returning to the Concaverde competition, which with 232 shooters on the platform has touched the record of participation, as regards the competition of the specialists of the Olympic Pit, the Juniores Male sector saw the affirmation of Carlo Mancarella from Brindisi (BR) who, after having gained access to the final with the best score (68/75), in the 25 decisive targets he allowed himself only three errors, finishing in first place with 90/100.
Behind him the silver went to the neck of Luca Miotto from Ciliverghe (BS) with 88 while the bronze went to that of Massimiliano Iacovissi from Frosinone with 87. As regards the ranking of the Women's Juniors, the highest step of the podium was occupied by Federica Aquilini of Terni. The 24/25 collected in the last qualifying series which made her conquer the final with the partial score of 64/75, second best score, and the good 19/25 in the final which allowed her to overtake her colleagues, was fundamental for her. and the conquest of gold with 83/100.
Second and third place, respectively, for Silvana Stanco from Winterthur (SUI) with 82 and Krizia Domenica Laganà di Gallina (RC) with 81. Among the Allievi the best was Agostino Cembalo from Altavilla Silentina (SA) who climbed the first step of the podium with 68/75. For me second and third place a play-off had to be made between Mattia Sardi from Sezzadio (AL) and Alessio Gabriele Narducci from Perugia, both at 67/75.
At the end of the play-off the best was Sardi who earned the silver with +2 leaving his colleague Narducci the bronze with +1. Among the students who deserved the gold was Alessia Iezzi from Manoppello (PE) who with the total score of 70/75 surpassed her colleagues Rachele Amighetti from Costa Volpino (BG), silver with 61, and Valeria Raffaelli di Morgano (TV ), bronze with 59.
For the sector reserved for Young Hope the highest step of the podium went to Alessio Franquillo di Trevi (PG) with 68/75, the place of honor to Antonio Michael Torsello di Surbo (LE) with 65/75 (+1 + 1), and the lowest step to Mirco Amici di Norcia (PG) with 65 (+1 +0 +2). Finally, as regards the Eosrdienti, the Male sector saw the affirmation of Alberto Belluzzo of Pravisdomini (PN) with 62/75 while the Female sector by Maria Lucia Palmitessa of Monopoli (BA) with 48/75.
Moving on to Skeet, a discipline that could not count on the usual participation given the concomitance with the 3rd specialty Grand Prix, among the Junior Men the gold ended up in the pockets of Christian Benet from Trieste with 92/100, the silver in those of Simone Vizzon of San Michele al Tagliamento (VE) with 86, and the bronze to Andrea Zonfrilli of Anguillara Sabazia (RM) with 85.
As for the Women's Juniors, Chiara Di Maziantonio from Cerenova (RM) with 50/75 was on the highest step of the podium, followed respectively by Jessica Mantuano di Priverno (LT), second with 46, and Francesca Grieco from Ottati (SA), third with 44.
The ranking of the students saw the affirmation of Stefano Astolfi of Boville Ernica (FR), gold with 67/75, Filippo Vidoni of Tolmezzo (UD), silver with 64, and Antonio Morandini of Capua (CE), bronze with 61.
Finally, among the Beginners, the gold went to Erik Pittini from Priola di Sutrio (UD) with 62/75. As for the Double Trap specialty, the Juniores sector saw the affirmation of Jacopo Trevisan from Orgiano (VC) who earned gold with 181/200, while silver and bronze were conquered, respectively. , by Simone Vedovelli di Ghedi (BS) with 177 and by Andrea Vescovi di Città di Castello (PG) with 172, and in that of the Allievi di Lorenzo Belei di Bonsciano Trestina (PG), first with 128/150, Andrea Galesso di Sambruson (VE), second with 125, and Jacopo Dal Moro di Salvezzano Dentro di (PD), third with 98.
