L'Association for Rural Culture, although aware of the difficulties linked to the danger of the spread of avian flu in Italy, he is disappointed to note the inertia of the Veneto Region in issuing provisions relating to the use of live calls belonging to the orders of the anseriformes for stalking waterfowl hunting.
Considering that we are now close to the opening of hunting in Veneto, we would not want the regional council to take it easy as it did with the regional hunting calendar, issued almost two months later than the date set by the regulations in force. We remind you that for the use of live calls for stalking waterfowl hunters in Veneto are forced to submit to a series of bureaucratic requirements including the request to use the recalls to the Veneto Region, the request and the desirable delivery of the irremovable rings, the construction of enclosures suitable for their housing in places separated from other low court animals, periodic veterinary visits to ascertain the state of health, the precautions for the manipulation and transport of the calls, etc….
