As disclosed by the Federcaccia of Piedmont, the sentence of Regional Administrative Court on the appeal of the same hunting association together with other acronyms on the rationalization of management committees of the Territorial Areas of Hunting and of the Alpine Areas. The points examined were three and the judges agreed with Federcaccia on the one relating to penalization of the rules introduced by the regional councilor Ferrero as regards the reduction of representation in the committees.
Simply put, the association has the higher percentage of hunters in the areas and districts, but until now it had been equated with other associations. The Council of State had also asked for the guarantee of representativeness in proportion to the members. Federcaccia was forced to appoint a representative out of the three granted instead of the two that were due to her, now everything is back as before.
In the other two questions, however, Federcaccia Piemonte failed to assert its reasons. Specifically, the second point concerned the impossibility of appointing a farmer to represent the hunters in the management committee and vice versa. Finally, the third point concerned the unification of the committees of areas and districts: the Regional Administrative Court considered the motivations of the Region to be valid.
