La first edition it went as best you could not imagine, so why not organize a "tasty" encore? The adjective is spot on like never before because we are talking about "Wild and good ... at the table", gastronomic event aimed at enhancing game meat and organized in conjunction with the project of the same name by the UNA Foundation and the University of Pollenzo. The 2018 path is brand new and aims to achieve an ambitious goal, namely the knowledge and discovery of the Bergamo area with the certified game and coming from province of Bergamo or from processing centers that have been recognized.
This year's calendar includes six very interesting events. The first is scheduled for next 29 November, to be precise at the Osteria "Al Gigianca" in Bergamo. In the restaurant you will taste first courses based on game, all combined with traditional dishes and excellent wines.
It will then continue on 6 December with the stop at the "Peccati di Gola" restaurant in Vilminore di Scalve, while on 13 December it will be the turn of the Trattoria "Selva di Gelso" in Clusone. In 2019 there will be three evenings, to be precise at the Chalet Engadina (also in Vilminore), Locanda Blum (Rovetta) and at Cascina Lorenzo (Costa Volpino). The start is always scheduled at 20 pm.
