The recent approval of the document on "National guidelines for the assessment of impact (VIncA)" Habitat Directive 92/43 EEC introduced unacceptable forcing on the application of impact assessments WINcA, which risk producing a real regulatory chaos with possible negative effects also for the drafting of future hunting calendars.
The question is now in the attention of the regions and is necessary in the opinion of the Confederation of Tuscan Hunters, to re-establish a broad agreement, so that a review of the guidelines by the ministerial commission for agricultural policies and subsequently by the State-Regions Conference. On this basis, the Confederation of Tuscan Hunters urged the Councilor for Hunting of the Tuscany Region, Marco Remaschi, to take action to achieve this goal in synergy with other colleagues from the various Regions.
Remaschi himself, has had the opportunity to reiterate in these hours, the personal commitment of the Region to achieve positive solutions on this particular problem which risks producing further uncertainties for the correct regulation of hunting and for wildlife-hunting planning.
