The hunters of the Cormons Reserve (in the province of Gorizia) are complaining about the excessive bureaucracy that has been added to very high taxes to pay. It is 350 euros a year, in addition to the courses to get to the qualifications and the prohibition to be respected as regards it I shoot from the ground and at set times. According to the local hunting world, in this way it is impossible to stop the proliferation of ungulates.
Politics has also become aware of this paradoxical situation, so much so that the municipal councilor Roberto Felcaro has emphasized how the balance of the territory has jumped due to blocks imposed on hunting. The path that the hunting world must follow is quite complex. First of all you need to participate in the courses to obtain the qualification (all for a fee), then you have to take lessons to learn the notions about weapons, finally there is a further written and oral exam before starting the hunt for ungulates.
Becoming a member of the game reserve has a cost, without forgetting the insurance coverage. The bureaucratic obstacles are soon said: it is a selection hunt and not all the heads can be killed, given that it is necessary to respect the fixed quotas, in addition to need of the roof terrace to be built with the landowner's permission before shooting wild boars. The emergency is no different from other parts of Italy, now an improvement in procedures is expected.
