There is always a first time. In the case of the "Tenuta Bonicelli" of Ceresole d'Alba (Cuneo) it would also be added that it is a first time with all the trimmings. This is the first training internship organized by Piedmontese hunting reserve, an appointment that will be followed by many others of the same type. For the debut in the learning and dissemination sector it was decided to focus attention on pointing dog, a subject of great interest and which fascinates many hunters.
Customer education is our future: this is the motto coined by the Estate, a philosophy that promises very well and which is preparing to become a real driving force for the development of local cultures. The first Bonicelli stage will take place Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 February 2019 with lessons prepared by Dr. Angelo Lasagna, a highly regarded wildlife technician, owner of many training events and university professor for the professionalizing course "Recognition and management of mountain galliforms". During the two days, space will be given to the origin, evolution and functions of pointing dogs, without forgetting work, athletic training, management and nutrition.
On February 16th there will be a classroom lesson from 9 to 12 and from 14 to 18. February 17 will be the day of the field exercise with your dog. After this "debut", Tenuta Bonicelli will propose other similar stages, organizing lectures on other topics closely related to hunting. The Piedmontese reserve has very clear ideas and intends to use its resources in training to further improve the quality of services and expand the number of users who are willing to follow the news and get involved.
