Hunting & Country - From the great market exhibition to the talks, the 2018 edition of the exhibition dedicated to life in the open air ends with a flourish. - Excellent feedback from the public at the Forlì Fair, starting from Friday, the opening day of the 2018 edition of Hunting & Country Fishing Expo. Hunters, fishermen and many, many enthusiasts have literally besieged the ticket office of the pavilions in via Punta di Ferro to visit the stands and participate in the in-depth television talk shows organized together with the Emilia Romagna Region and edited, as always, by Agrilinea TV - Sea TV. Ribbon cutting yesterday in the presence of the authorities and with the exceptional participation of the Undersecretary of Justice Jacopo Morrone.
What are the appointments on Sunday?
First of all the over 20 thousand square meters of exhibition market are already in themselves an excellent reason to visit the exhibition dedicated to hunting fishing but also to the open air and biodiversity. The public will be able to try their hand at tactical and shooting simulations for one day thanks to augmented reality, experience what it means to shoot from a range and test their skills with the fishing rod in the large launch tank. At the fair it will also be possible to taste and buy typical local products closely linked to the hunting tradition and to attend truffle hunting demonstrations with beautiful specimens of perfectly trained dogs. And again: technical clothing, accessories and an entire area dedicated to both sporting and hunting archery. Among all the attractions not to be missed is the celebratory rifle of the ace of the skies Francesco Baracca, handcrafted by the Cicognani armory. Varide Cicognani put all his skill and passion into the creation of this weapon that recalls the legendary Baracca in the centenary of his death. Ample space for the deepening of the environment and biodiversity in the spaces set up by the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine Park and the Casentinesi Forest Park.
Here visitors will be able to discover the variety of flora and fauna that inhabit our territories and attend video projections of suggestive images and extraordinary films on the wonders that the wooded and mountain territories of the Emilia-Romagna region reserve. Last but not least, the talk shows organized in collaboration with the Emilia Romagna Region and curated by Agrilinea TV - Mare Tv and more specifically:
"Aquitourism in the sport fishing lakes" (Sunday 25 November at 9.30 am)
(organized in collaboration with the Emilia Romagna Region as part of the 2014-2020 Feamp)
The new regional regulation on aquaculture, in addition to the rules on fishing tourism and fish tourism, specifies the provisions governing activities related to aquaculture. Among these, the one carried out in the so-called “sport fishing lakes” could be of considerable importance, a reality that could fit into a tourist context. To evaluate its potential, understand the necessary requirements and how the future of this sector will be outlined, the following will intervene:
PIERGIORGIO VASI, Responsible for the enhancement of aquaculture and sea fishing activities of the Wildlife-hunting and fishing activities of the Emilia-Romagna Region; ILARIA BARTOLINI and MARCO SAMUELLI and ILARIA, of the Rainbow Lake of Riccione; MARCO RIZZOLI, referent for sport fishing in inland waters of the Wildlife-Hunting and Fishing Service of the Emilia-Romagna Region; MARZIO CIANI, member of the Fipsas Regional Council and member of the national Fipsas water and plants sector.
"From the products of the undergrowth to the management of game meat" (Sunday 25 November at 16.30 pm)
Discovering the flavors and smells of the undergrowth, that part of the wooded environment that develops in the shade of tall trees in situations of low light and high humidity. It is in these places that flavors, aromas and intense colors are born that traditionally influence the typical recipes of our territory. Today a lot of game is imported from other countries, when local meats are even more valuable. Hence the need to create a certified local game supply chain, bringing safe products to the tables. In this context, the figure of the hunter assumes a fundamental role as he is the first to manipulate the freshly hunted game and he is the first person responsible for the healthiness of the hunted product. In this regard, the following will intervene: ENZO VALBONESI, responsible for the Parks and Forest Resources Service of the Emilia-Romagna Region; RICCARDO VECCHI, chefs; OSCAR TANI, Mycological and Botanical Group "Valle del Savio"; BRUNO BISERNI, president Gal L'altra Romagna; VALERIO ROCCALBEGNI, mayor of Modigliana; LIVIANA ZANETTI, councilor for tourism of the Municipality of Castrocaro Terme and Terra del Sole; BRUNO GURIOLI, Free Hunting; ROBERTA MARCHI, naturalist photographer; GEORGE LOMBARDI, ATC Coordinator Forlì-Cesena; CHRISTIAN MAFFEI, national vice president Arcicaccia.
