The assembly organized by the Confederation of Tuscan Hunters in Grosseto attracted more than 400 people from all over Tuscany to address the issue of objective law that regulates the management of ungulates. The appeal of the association was therefore well received and served to take stock of the regulatory text, as well as to retrace all the stages of the concrete commitment. The CCT wanted to remember just how this was a solitary commitment, since there has been a daily work characterized by a constant presence at every single passage of the law with documents and proposals, while the other associations "were conspicuous by their absence".
Furthermore, as stated in the official note, these same associations have "woken up suddenly". The Grosseto assembly saw the participation of Marco Remaschi, regional councilor for agriculture. The CCT reiterated and recalled its role, the skills and means for the Territorial Areas of Hunting, the criteria for identifying the areas, the methods of control interventions, the role of the teams in the management of the wild boar and more.
Remaschi assured that there are positive responses regarding the main and controversial points that are the subject of proposals from Tuscan hunters. In addition, the commissioner stressed that the law assures boar hunting teams and ATCs that there will not be a reduction in suitable areas. The opening was positively received by the assembly and by the organizers, who are now waiting to complete the examination of the documents on the implementing provisions of the law.
