FITAV: in Lonato (BS) the Forestale defends the trophy of the last 2011 edition for the Olympic Pit for Society Champions Cup and wins Poker for the fourth time.
Last Sunday, October 14, the Tav Concaverde in Lonato del Garda, in the province of Brescia, hosted the Champions Cup for the Olympic Pit Club. Last year 56 teams and 336 shooters participated on the same platforms as Concaverde. The teams, made up of six shooters each, fought over 450 qualifying targets and, only the first nine, 150 final targets to win the trophy up for grabs. Present the best shooters of the specialty. Also present were the standard bearers of the State Forestry Corps who defended the Cup won in 2011 for the second consecutive time and which allowed her to take the trophy home.
The Champions Cup in fact, is assigned and then delivered to the team that wins two editions. The forest ranger had already conquered it three times and the last one in 2009. This year the 2012 Champions Cup ends with the success of the forest ranger who hits poker after the victories in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
The team, led by the new Technical Director Ennio Falco and composed of Daniele Lucidi, Emanuele Bernasconi, Giulio Fioravanti, Rodolfo Viganò, Giuseppe Ciccarelli and Federico Fanali closes at 567/600 in front of the State Police (Mauro De Filippis, Erminio Frasca, Simone Lorenzo Prosperi, Mario Verrengia, Carlo Mancarella and the Olympic champion Jessica Rossi) with 565.
Third place went to the team of the Blue Flames (Giovanni Pelielo, Adriano Lamera, Marco Panizza, Alberto Bartoli, Gianluca Viganò and Giulia Pintor) with 552. Fourth classified Tav Zevio (546), fifth Tav Torretta (543) and sixth Tav Sant Uberto (537 ).
The race took place on the platforms of the Trap Concaverde in Lonato with a record of participation. 61 teams and 366 shooters competed. Classification: 1) Forestry 567/600; 2) 565 Gold Flames; 3) Blue Flames 552; 4) Plate Zevio 546; 5) Tav Torretta 543; 6) Tav Sant'Uberto 537; 7) Pecetto 531; 8) Tav Conselice 530; 9) Table Umbriaverde 526.
