The provincial section of Bergamo of Italian Federation of Hunting recalled the resumption of appointments with the initiative "Wild and Good at the Table". The event has already arrived at his second edition and it is a cultural and gastronomic initiative that allows the discovery of the big game meats of the Bergamo area. Everything is proposed within the project "Wild and Good", namely the food supply chain to be enhanced, created by the UNA Onlus Foundation (Uomo Natura Ambiente) with the patronage of Federcaccia Bergamo itself.
The first appointment is scheduled for Friday 8 February 2019 at the “Blum In” restaurant in Rovetta, to be precise in Via Antonio Locatelli (the number to call in this case is 034671916). It will then continue on Wednesday 13 February at "Hosteria del Vapore" di Carobbio degli Angeli (contact 035953401), without forgetting the day of Saturday 23 February at the “Chalet Engadina” in Vilminore di Scalve (0346515558).
