There are nine days left before the important conference organized by Assoarmeri and Confcommercio a Modena, an appointment that includes a very rich program. The debate of the next 14th April it will begin at 10 and will take place in the Auditorium Hall of the same Modenese confederation. Insiders, fans of the sector, but also sportsmen and shooters will find something for their teeth. After the introduction of the works and the welcome greeting by Giancarlo Lugli, famous gunsmith and member of the National Council. Immediately after, the deputy vice president of Assoarmieri, Ermanno Adinolfi, will deepen the question of the relationship that exists between the sector associations of the European continent (within the Community) as regards arms legislation.
We will also talk about the associative action that is aimed at abolish once and for all the authorization to transport the weapons: in addition, there will be references to the maintenance of the exclusivity on the free sale of weapons with low offensive potential. Another Assoarmieri action that will be highlighted is that to make the sales of arms between private subjects pass through the armories themselves. The subsequent intervention will be entrusted to Professor Hugh Ruffolo, professor of Civil Law at the University of Bologna.
Ruffolo will have the task of better explaining the question relating to private polygons, in particular the criticalities that the structures present and what are the main perspectives from a legislative point of view. Then it will be followed by Emanuele Paniz, one of the most important ballistic experts in Italy who will have to inform about the B7 weapons and on the so-called “concept of similarity”: specifically, there are several difficulties in interpreting the National Test Bench, all to be clarified, without forgetting the risk of a possible new EU directive such as the one that has been causing a lot of discussion for several months.
The penultimate intervention will be that of Fulvio Cenci, representative of the Parabellum armory in Salsomaggiore Terme (province of Parma): his report will focus on technical and operational issues in the daily routine of gunsmiths, first and foremost how it is necessary to move and manage gunsmiths to have a safer future. To conclude the relations, however, the number one of the association will take care of it, Antonio Bana. The president will talk about the slow bureaucracy and decision-making inconsistencies that exist between the police headquarters and the Italian prefectures. Bana will also investigate the issue of suspension of licenses and rehabilitations, especially in light of the new rulings of the Regional Administrative Court and the European Court of Human Rights. The work will be concluded at 12:45: in a nutshell, the conference will be decidedly intense and there can only be ideas and reflections of various kinds.
