In eleven days there UNA Foundation (Man Nature Environment) will present in Clusone, in the province of Bergamo, the "Wild and good" project. A food chain to be enhanced ". The scientific project is aimed at enhance game meat and makes use of the collaboration with the Veterinary Department of the University of Milan and the Italian Society of Preventive Veterinary Medicine. The initiative is curated by the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, while the presentation will take place at 17, to be precise at the Seriana Valley Mountain Community.
The interventions will be very numerous. Just to name a few, we can refer to Nicola Perrotti, president of the UNA Foundation, Roberto Bertacchi, number one of Federcaccia Bergamo, university professors and representatives of the Alpine Indian hunting areas (Bergamasque Prealps, Valle Borlezza and Valle di Scalve).
The goal is to enhance game through training activities, improvements of hygienic and sanitary characteristics, product enhancement and promotion on the territory. In recent days there has been talk of a course organized by the Federcaccia of Bergamo for the release of the qualification of "Trained person", a series of lessons that are part of the “Wild and Good” project.
