The gastronomic cultural initiative ended in Rovetta "#Wildfood tastings of the territory", carried out within the project "Wild and good", created by an Onlus Foundation with the patronage of Federcaccia Bergamo. The 4 summer stages have made it possible to bring many people closer to the knowledge of game meat and to be able to savor new combinations with exclusive products of the Bergamo area.
After the opening at the Asta di Ponte Nossa Brewery, the second evening continued at the Osteria Bastioli in Vilminore di Scalve, the third in Bergamo at Vini e Sfizi, to conclude last Thursday in Rovetta at the Locanda Blum In, where the more than 50 people present were able to taste and appreciate the dishes proposed by Dimitri Acerbis and presented by the food and wine expert Valeria Giudici.
Among the particularities of the last evening there are the little ones tastings of venison fusone on a delicate ginger and rhubarb and wild boar rolls scented with horseradish, served with white corn polenta and accompanied by cheeses from the Val di Scalve social dairy, among which the "black of the ninth 1753" stands out, all accompanied by a selection from white and red wines from local farms and beers. Among those present, several representatives of the Alpine hunting districts Valle Borlezza, Scalve and Seriana and also many tourists who approached the proposed theme with great interest and curiosity. The next project initiatives can be followed directly on the dedicated website of "Wild and Good".
