Wild boar stew

800 g wild boar meat (preferably the pulp), 2 onions, 2 apples, 1 pinch of spicy paprika i dl liquid cream, 1 small glass of vodka i glass of red wine vinegar, 1 glass of meat broth, 3 spoons of oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Wash the meat thoroughly under cold running water, then cut it into small pieces and soak in a container with vinegar for half an hour.
Meanwhile, finely slice the onions and put them to stew in a saucepan with oil. When they have taken on a nice golden color, add the meat drained from the vinegar and brown it well by turning it with a wooden spoon.
When golden brown, add the finely sliced apples and vodka, salt and pepper, lower the heat and, adding the hot broth a little at a time, cook for at least an hour with the lid on. After this time, pour the cream and cook for another half hour,
When cooked, add the paprika, mix it with the sauce, mix well and serve hot.
