The regional section of the Piemonte of Italian Federation of Hunting she turned to the regional councilors recalling the examination a few days ago by the Regional Administrative Court, who took care of the appeals presented by the local hunting world. The rationalization of the Territorial Areas of Hunting and Alpine Districts will be discussed next 18 October, while the rest of the investigations concerned hunting calendars.
For that of the last season (2016-2017) it was a question of deepening the question relating to the ptarmigan. Despite three defeats by the regional councilor, there was no resignation: the ban was included in a new law, passed in Connected to the Financial. Another discussion was that of the 12 traceable species that have been banned in Piedmont, a series of expensive appeals, paid for by hunters and therefore by Taxpayers.
Federcaccia Piemonte filed a further appeal against the 2017-2018 calendar, even if the rumors that the Region would like to make the hunters pay for these requests are worrying, with a new law that could penalize the sector again. The directors were asked to take the decisions of the Regional Administrative Court seriously, evaluating whether or not to insert prohibitions and limitations without any reason. The letter from the association ends peremptorily: "De iure, esteemed Councilors, according to the law, we ask you to act in compliance with the law; and thanks for your attention".
